If you just tried to pay but it didn't work or you're unsure if it worked, please read this article before contacting support.
Check if your order went through:
- Check if you see your order in the app:
- Go to the "Print Shop" button and click on the order (you will find this on the top of your screen)-> if your order is visible in this list, your payment went through and we received your order.
- In case it's not visible in the previous step you can check your profile tab under "Manage Orders"
- In case neither is visible, the order was unsuccessful
What to do if the payment didn't work and you can't see your order:
- First, give it some time
-> we recommend waiting 1-2 hours as sometimes payments just need a bit longer to process - After waiting for a bit you can give it another go and try to pay
-> we recommend trying another payment method (if available) or trying to pay via our web version www.journiapp.com - If the payment still doesn't go through and you can't see your order, please contact us at support@journiapp.com and we'll help you 😌
