This article explains how to apply, change, or remove a promo code at checkout, and how credits work.

How to apply a promo code
- 1Open your shopping bag and scroll down to the Discounts & Benefits section.
- 2Tap Manage discount codes.
- 3Enter your promo code in the text field and tap Redeem.
- 4If the code is valid, it's applied instantly and the price in your cart updates right away.

- 3Enter your promo code in the text field and click Apply.

How to remove or change a promo code
- 1In your shopping bag, click or tap Manage discount codes under the applied discount.
- 2Tap Remove this code to clear the current code.
- 3Enter your new promo code and tap Redeem on mobile, or Apply on web. 😊

How credits work
Credits are added to your account by our support team. Once added, you'll see them automatically in your shopping cart as soon as you add a product.
Credits are deducted automatically from your order total, no code needed. They can also be combined with a promo code for extra savings.

My promo code isn't working
- 📅Check if the code has expired. Promo codes are valid for a limited time only.
- 🔡Double-check what you typed. Some characters look alike, for example the letter O and the number 0.
- 🛍️Check if the code applies to your product. Some codes are only valid for specific formats or product types.
- 🔁Make sure the code hasn't already been used. Most promo codes are single-use.
