Free Shipping (No Tracking Available) š: If you chose free shipping, please note that tracking information is not available. Delivery may take a bit longer, as your parcel is shipped with local couriers. Depending on your location (EU, US, UK, AU & NZ), free shipping typically takes 2ā10 working days. If your parcel hasnāt arrived yet, we recommend waiting an additional 5 working days.
- Premium Shipping š & Express Shipping š: Premium shipping times vary depending on the destination (EU/US/UK/AU&NZ) and can range from 1 to 9 working days and for Express shipping 1 to 3 working days. To stay updated on your delivery, please refer to the tracking link provided via email.

If your Free Shipping parcel hasnāt arrived after 5 extra days, or if Premium/Express tracking says itās delivered but you havenāt received it, try this:

Check your mailbox or garden ā it might be tucked away.

Ask your neighbours ā it could have been left with them.

Visit your local pickup point ā it may be waiting there.
