How to cancel my order? – Journi

Not sure if you can still cancel? Check in the app directly!

We start working on your order right away to get it to you as fast as possible. As long as the Cancel Order button is visible in your order details, you're good to go, you can still cancel. Once it disappears, your order is already with our printing partner and can no longer be changed. No need to guess: the button tells you everything. 🎯

How to cancel your order

Open your Profile

Tap the Profile / Account button in the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Go to your orders

Tap View All next to Manage Orders.

Find the right order

Tap the Order Number of the order you'd like to cancel.

Tap Cancel Order

If the Cancel Order button is visible, tap it. If you don't see it, your order has already entered production and can't be canceled.

Pick your reason & refund

Choose a reason for the cancellation, then pick how you'd like your money back (see options below).

📱 The Cancel Order button appears in your order details, tap it to start the cancellation.

Your money is returned to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 working days.
