What You Are Responsible for When Placing Your Order 📦
You have full control over the appearance of your product! Before placing your order, please carefully check the following points:
- Product Preview: What you see in the preview is exactly what you will receive. The cover, title, photos, text, stickers, and any additional elements (such as weather information, flight details, etc.) will be printed exactly as displayed.
- Book Settings: Make sure you have selected the correct format, cover type (softcover, hardcover, layflat), and paper type (glossy or matte).
- Photo Uploads: All photos must be fully uploaded. If a photo does not appear as completely uploaded, it means it has not been uploaded properly and we will not be able to print it. If there is an issue, we will send you an alert and redirect you to your draft. (More information: Upload Issues)
- Delivery Address: Carefully check your address, including the country code. We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incomplete or incorrect.
- Multiple Addresses: An order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to send products to different locations, you will need to place separate orders.
- Accidental Orders: As long as the "Cancel Order" button is visible in your order details, you can still cancel your order without any problem. After that period, the order enters production and can no longer be modified or refunded. (More information: How to cancel my order?)
- Premium Subscription: Your subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically unless you cancel it. Since payment processing is handled by these platforms, we cannot manage or cancel the subscription on your behalf.

We begin processing your order immediately so that we can deliver it as quickly as possible. As long as the "Cancel Order" button is visible in your order details, you can still cancel the order without any issue.
Once this button disappears, it means your order has already been sent to our printing partner and can no longer be modified.
