If the editor isn’t loading correctly, feels slow, or shows unexpected errors, the issue may be related to your browser.
We recommend opening the Journi web editor in one of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome — recommended for the best experience.
- Firefox — also works well with the editor.
- Brave — a good alternative, especially on Mac.
If switching browsers doesn’t resolve the problem, please try the following:
- Refresh the page.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache.
- Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools.
- Try opening the editor in a private or incognito window.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
