See a quality warning on one of your photos?
This means the image has a low resolution and might not print as clearly as expected. Here’s what you can do to improve the result.
⚠️
A quality warning triangle is there to help you spot photos that may look blurry or pixelated in print.
1
Replace the photo
For the best print result, delete the low-quality image and upload a higher resolution version. You can use the same photo in better quality, or choose a different photo altogether.
2
Make the photo smaller
If you still want to keep the photo, try adding more photos to the page. This makes each photo smaller, which can help improve how it looks in print.
3
Check the photo quality
You can quickly check the resolution of your photos in your gallery before uploading - either by zooming in to see if they stay sharp, or by checking the file info/details.
📌 Good to know
📷
Photos taken in low light may look grainy or blurry in print.
🎨
Heavily edited photos can lose quality, especially if they were saved multiple times.
💬
Photos sent through apps like WhatsApp are often compressed, which can reduce their quality.
📏 Photo resolution guide
✅
10 MP or higher: great for full-page or large photos.
👌
2–6 MP: best used as smaller photos, ideally with dates, maps, or other images.
⚠️
Below 2 MP: the low resolution will likely be noticeable in print.
