Here is how to update or change the email address associated with your account:
Click or tap on your platform below:
🍏 iOS (iPhone / iPad)
In the Journi Print app:
- Open the Journi Print app
- Tap on Account in the bottom right corner
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Email
- Tap on the email field and update your address
- Tap Done. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Open the email and click Confirm Email
In the Journi Blog app:
- Open the Journi Blog app
- Tap your profile picture/initials (bottom right)
- Tap the three dots next to your name
- Scroll down and tap Email
- Update your email address
- Tap Done. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Open the email and click Confirm Email
Using "Sign in with Apple"?
If you used "Continue with Apple", your account might use a private relay email (e.g., xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com).
If you cannot find your content, try logging out and logging back in using "Continue with Apple". More info here.

🤖 Android
In the Journi Print app:
- Open the Journi Print app
- Tap on Account in the bottom right corner
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Email
- Tap on the email field and update your address
- Tap Done. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Open the email and click Confirm Email
In the Journi Blog app:
- Open the Journi Blog app
- Tap your profile picture/initials (bottom right)
- Tap the cog wheel (Settings)
- Scroll down and tap Email
- Update your email address
- Tap Done. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Open the email and click Confirm Email
💻 Web (Browser)
Journi Print:
- Log in at www.journiapp.com
- Click your profile picture (top right) and select Settings
- Click Change in the email field
- Update your address and click Change Email
- Open the email we sent you and click Confirm Email
Journi Blog:
- Log in at Journi Web App
- Click the 3 dots next to your name
- Click Settings
- Click the Pen icon in the email field
- Type your new address and click Submit
- Open the email we sent you and click Confirm Email
⚠️ Important Note:
If you get an error saying your email address is already registered, it means an account already exists with that email. You must log into that old account and delete it before you can use that email address for your current account.
