International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package arrives at the specified destination. The recipient will be responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, Journi has no control over these charges and cannot determine the amount charged (if any). Please note that Journi does not collect duties or taxes, as these fees go directly to the government.
Journi is required to charge VAT (value-added tax) on all orders. The VAT is included in all prices and is separately listed in the order summary and your invoice. The VAT rate is in accordance with the legislation of the country where your Journi book is printed. As a result, the VAT amount is subject to change per the guidelines of each country's tax authority.
We are a registered company in the following countries, so even though they are not part of the EU, you shouldn't pay any extra customs charges! 😉
