Give your Photo Book a whole new look! 🎨
We've just added a collection of new cover designs: layouts and artwork you can apply in one tap to match the story inside your book. This update also brings:
- Travel Covers: a brand-new illustrated collection
- New cover styles to mix and match
- A new font for your cover title
Available in the Journi app and on web. For the app, you'll need the latest update: version 7.16.0 or later on iPhone/iPad, or version 7.13.0 or later on Android.
Not sure which version you have? Open Journi, go to Settings → About, and you'll see it listed at the bottom. If you're on an older version, just update Journi from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the Photo Book you want to edit and tap the cover page to select it. You'll see the name of your current cover design (for example, Modern) shown below your book.
Once your cover is selected, the editing menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. From here you can change the cover design, photos, text, background, and style.
Tap the ✨Suggestions icon on the left of the menu to open the cover gallery. Browse through the available designs (including Travel Covers) and tap the one you love to preview it on your book.
Your new cover is applied instantly! ✅ You can keep customizing it from the menu, or tap another suggestion to try a different look.
Not feeling the new look? No worries. Just tap "Your Style" (your original cover) in the Suggestions panel to switch back anytime.
Don't see the new covers?
Make sure your Journi app is updated to the latest version (iPhone/iPad 7.16.0+ or Android 7.13.0+), and that you're editing a Photo Book (the new covers aren't available on other products yet).
