🖼️ You can adjust both the order of your photos and the layout of your pages in your Photo Book.
Photos are arranged automatically when your draft is created, but you can still make changes later by adding photos, rearranging pages, and moving photos between pages.
This article covers two related actions: how photos are sorted in your Photo Book and how to change the number and position of photos on a page.
📅 Arrange photos in your Photo Book
- The first photos you upload are arranged automatically in chronological order.
- The order is based on the date and time saved in the photo metadata.
If you add more photos after the draft is created, you’ll see two options:
- Insert chronologically places the photos based on their metadata date
- Insert here adds the photos directly to the selected page
🎨 Adjust the layout on a page
- Your draft is created automatically using a layout that fits your photos based on their size and similarity.
- The number of photos per page can’t be customized during draft creation.
After the draft is ready, you can create a layout with more or fewer photos.
For step-by-step guidance, see Move, rearrange, or change the position of photos and elements.
If you’d like a different arrangement, tap the Layout button on the page and choose the version that you like the most.
