How we make your memories shine ✨
During production we use the smart and advanced AI algorithm called Image Enhancement that intuitively enhance your photos to make them look better and clearer, so even if you’re not a pro, your prints will look great and we would love to explain how this is working: 💖
The difference between digital and printed colors 🎨
To get your photos ready for print, we need to convert the colors from RGB (used on digital screens) to CMYK (used by printers). This is a standard step in the printing process, because printers can’t reproduce all of the bright, vibrant tones that RGB can display, especially highly saturated or neon-like colors. As a result, printed images may sometimes appear slightly duller or less vibrant than what you see on your screen. You can see an example of this difference in the image below:
RGB: Red / Green / Blue - CMYK : Cyan / Magenta / Yellow / Black
To help bridge this gap, we use an advanced feature called Image Enhancement to automatically adjust brightness and contrast during the print process. This ensures your prints come out as sharp, vibrant, and true-to-life as possible, while still working within the natural limitations of print color reproduction.
What does Image Enhancement actually do?
- It automatically selects which photos to enhance without our manual input.
- It improves brightness, contrast and clarity
- It remove or adjusts noise and blurriness
- It optimizes the digital printing colors (CMYK) to ensure vibrant, true-to-life results.
