We are so sorry, that your order has not arrived with you yet! Here are some steps you can follow before you contact us:
Please check if there is any tracking available for your order and if you can find more information there - sometimes your parcel is already about to be delivered 😉
You can check if you have tracking when you click on "My Orders" in the app and then click on your order. Here you then see a button to track your parcel 😊
If your tracking hasn't updated for longer than 5 working days AND the delivery estimate is already exceeded, please reach out to us at support@journiapp.com and we'll start an investigation on your behalf. We'll do our best to make sure you can hold your order in your hands soon 🎁
In case you didn't pick a tracked shipping option:
Please give your parcel some extra time to arrive. Your parcel was sent out with the local postal services and is probably just a bit delayed. If your order isn't with you after more than 7 working days, please reach out to support@journiapp.com and we'll make sure that you receive your order 😊
