Have you made a mistake in your order or do you want to add even more pictures to your Journi Product?
You can cancel your order in a time span of 4 hours after you have paid your order ⏰
Cancellations are currently only possible on our mobile apps.
Cancellations via email or any other way are not accepted.
If you placed your order through our web version, please download the app and log in with the same credentials and then cancel your order 🤓
Here is a step by step tutorial on how to do that:
- Go to your shop tab
- Click on your order (should be visible right on top) or you can also go to your profile and click "My orders"
- Click to open your order
- Click the Cancel button
- Enter a reason for the cancellation and select the refund method
Journi Credit: This will refund you the amount to your Journi account. Journi Credits are automatically deducted when placing an order and can be combined with other discounts. If you have questions or need a refund to your original payment method, please reach out to support@journiapp.com
--> this is also the preferred method to cancel when you just want to make some changes, that way your money won't get deducted twice from your bank account 😉
