Orders can be canceled only within a time span of 4 hours after placing the order. You have to cancel the order yourself as requests via email are not accepted. After 4 hours, your order will be sent into production and cancellations will no longer be possible. ⏰
Here is how you can cancel your order:
- Click on the Profile/Account button in the menu below
- Click on View All next to 'Manage orders'
- Click on the Order Number of the parcel that you want to Cancel
- Click Cancel Order
- Enter a reason for the cancellation and select the refund method.

- Option 1: Refund to your bank account can take up to 7 working days.
- Option 2: Journi Credits will straight be visible in your Shopping Bag and these credits will automatically be deducted from the total price of your next order and can be combined with other discounts.
