Cancel/modify orders – Journi

Have you made a mistake in your order or do you want to add even more pictures to your Journi Product?
You can cancel your order in a time span of 4 hours after you have paid your order ⏰

Cancellations via email or any other way are not accepted. Please cancel your order within the 4 hours after paying in the app or on our website www.journiapp.com.

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to do that:

Go to your shop tab
Click on your order (should be visible right on top) or you can also go to your profile and click "Orders & Products"
Click to open your order
Click the Cancel button
Enter a reason for the cancellation and select the refund method

Refund: Our app will ask whether you want the amount refunded to your bank account or as a credit to your Journi Account. A refund to your bank account can take up to 7 working days. Journi Credits will straight be visible in your Shopping Card and they will automatically be applied when placing a new order and can be combined with other discounts. If you have any questions, please contact support@journiapp.com.

--> Did you place an order and realised you made a mistake? To make changes, please cancel your order within 4 hours. After 4 hours, your order will be sent into production, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
