If you've received a quality warning notification from us, it means that the image you've uploaded has low resolution and might not print well.
Upon receiving the warning notification, you'll have the following options:
-
Delete the Picture / Replace with a Better One: For the best print results, it's recommended to delete the low-quality image and upload a higher resolution one. If you have a higher quality version of the same image or a different one altogether, you can choose to replace it.
- Make the photo smaller by adding more photo's to the page: If you still want to keep the photo, you might be able to improve the result by adding multiple photos to the page. This will make the photos smaller, and reducing the size of the photo for printing might make the quality acceptable for a good print.
Keep in mind: Although we have a warning system in place, photos taken in low light, heavily edited, or sent through apps like WhatsApp can significantly reduce their quality.
Tip: You can always check, if your pictures are good for printing if you zoom in a bit on a picture. Additionally, you can receive high-quality images from Family & Friends by sharing a link with them, where they can upload their photos.
